Cortese‘s 2021 Southpoint EP Off-Axis took us through a sonic exploration of the breakbeat sound and it is with that investigative touch that they bring their latest release to the label, this time in collaboration with up-and-coming producer Sattam, Hold U Tight.
The classic, clean Cortese breaks sound is stripped back this time and met with euphoric synth sounds, lush vocals and warm pads from the Sattam touch. The result takes the listener into an emotive and unique space which is bound to light up dance floors throughout the winter.
