UNER’s label Solar Distance has the same melodic sound of the label boss, and without fault each of its releases have been exceptional.
The new release is from Cleave Martinez who’s a relatively new artist boasting releases on other labels including Tenampa, Traum and Natural Rhythm.
Deep and intelligent with tribal drums and intricate melodies the EP plays like a small album with the opening being club focused, but each one that follows gets more abstract than the one before, until the final track which is blissed out electronica.
It’s hard not to listen and think of Balearic sun sets and sun drenched dancefloors…
