It is a rare occasion when on first listen to a track it instantly blows you away. But the latest offering from Save Us Records front man Jonas Saalbach, in partnership with Tschoris, is no doubt an instant hit. Not only does “Boorka” have an infectious groove and unique swaying bassline, when the ethnic sitar-like hook comes in, the track is elevated from a straightforward dancefloor bomb into an edgy masterpiece.
Complimented nicely by the deeper tones of the B-Side “Walking in the Shadow” and rounded off with a beautifully crafted remix from Arjuna Schiks, this stellar package adds further weight to the impact that young label Save Us Records has made in a relatively short space of time.
