Spanish label Suara has shot to fame over the last few years, and is well known for its dynamic and eclectic release schedule, having covered every genre and hosted a wealth of top level artists from Audiojack, to Frankey & Sandrino, to Pete Tong.

For their latest offering they seem to have stepped things up a level further, taking us back to the raw roots of house & techno, as label boss Coyu teams up with Thomas Gandey to provide an incredible taste of what’s to come from his highly anticipated forthcoming debut album.

1+1 is a summer anthem; a tribute to love, friendship and human connection, with a beautifully uplifting piano riff over a heavy techno groove.

Throw into the mix a selection of remixes from a literal leaderboard of industry heavyweights and you can see why Suara has cemented its place as a world class label.

Gerd Janson provides two interpretations, both equally impressive, alongside a warped techno mix from Cosmin TRG. But stealing the show for us is Truncate, with a raw stripped down interpretation, adding to the summer vibes of the original with layers of piano and a killer groove. Simple but deadly.
